Welcome to Joven Travel LLC. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. AGENCY ROLE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Joven Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary (agent) between the customer and third-party service providers (Airlines, Hotels, Tour Operators, etc.).

* Service Failures: We are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any indirect or consequential damages of any kind which arise out of or are in any way connected with the performance or non-performance of any third-party supplier.

* Property Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to supplier property during their travel.

2. PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

* Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all required health/vaccination documentation for their destination.

* Visa Refusals: If a customer is denied entry into a country or a visa application is rejected, Joven Travel LLC is not liable. Standard cancellation fees will apply regardless of visa status.

* Accuracy: Customers must ensure that names on bookings match their government-issued identification exactly.

3. PAYMENT & PRICING

* Full Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of confirmation unless otherwise stated.

* Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations or supplier surcharges until the final payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

* Currency: All transactions are processed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Our strict refund schedule is as follows:

* Administrative Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $150 non-refundable processing fee.

* 31-60 Days Before Service: 50% refund.

* 0-30 Days Before Service: 100% Non-Refundable.

* No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for missed flights, tours, or hotel check-ins.

5. CHARGEBACK POLICY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

* Agreement to Mediate: By booking with Joven Travel LLC, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any service issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

* Fraudulent Claims: Filing a chargeback for services that fall within the non-refundable window or for services already rendered is considered a breach of contract. Joven Travel LLC reserves the right to recover all legal costs associated with fighting fraudulent chargebacks.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Joven Travel LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the website or services shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Delaware.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION

Joven Travel LLC strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance (including “Cancel for Any Reason” coverage). We are not responsible for financial losses incurred due to personal emergencies or health issues.
