JOVEN TRAVEL LLC – COMPREHENSIVE CANCELLATION, REFUND & SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. AGENCY DISCLOSURE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Joven Travel LLC (hereinafter “the Company”) acts solely as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider (“Suppliers”).

* No Guarantee: The Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

* Direct Contracts: By booking, the Customer acknowledges that their primary legal contract for service delivery is with the Supplier, not Joven Travel LLC.

2. STRICT CANCELLATION SCHEDULE

To protect the operational integrity of Joven Travel LLC, the following strict cancellation fees apply to all bookings (unless a specific “Non-Refundable” rate was selected):

* 60+ Days Prior to Service: 100% refund minus a $150 non-refundable administrative processing fee.

* 31 to 59 Days Prior to Service: 50% of the total booking amount is forfeited.

* 15 to 30 Days Prior to Service: 75% of the total booking amount is forfeited.

* 0 to 14 Days Prior to Service / No-Show: 100% Non-Refundable. No exceptions will be made for personal emergencies, flight delays, or missed connections.

3. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY (The “Shield” Clause)

By completing a transaction with Joven Travel LLC, the Customer expressly agrees to the following:

* Pre-Dispute Resolution: The Customer agrees to contact Joven Travel LLC directly to resolve any issues before filing a dispute or chargeback with their bank.

* Binding Agreement: Any chargeback filed for services that fall within the “Non-Refundable” window or for “Services Rendered” (once a voucher is issued) will be considered a breach of contract.

* Recovery of Costs: Joven Travel LLC reserves the right to recover all legal fees, collection costs, and a $100 “Dispute Handling Fee” for any unsuccessfully challenged chargebacks.

4. FORCE MAJEURE & UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS

Joven Travel LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government travel restrictions, pandemics, or strikes. In such cases, the Company will facilitate “Travel Credits” or re-booking where possible, but cash refunds are not guaranteed.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE MANDATE

Strong Recommendation: Joven Travel LLC strongly advises all customers to purchase “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) travel insurance. The Customer acknowledges that without insurance, they assume all financial risk for cancellations due to health, family, or employment issues.

6. SELLER OF TRAVEL COMPLIANCE (CA/DE)

* Delaware Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Delaware.

* California Notice: For California residents, Joven Travel LLC complies with all applicable business disclosures.

7. PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices are subject to change until the booking is “Confirmed” and a “Confirmation Voucher” is issued. Joven Travel LLC is not responsible for currency fluctuations or bank-issued foreign transaction fees.
