Welcome to Joven Travel! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.joventravel.com), and the services we offer. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- About Us
Joven Travel is a U.S.-based travel company organizing international group tours. All bookings are made subject to the following terms.
- Booking and Payment
– Bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives.
– A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
– We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and digital wallets.
– Prices are subject to change based on exchange rates and supplier updates. Final price is confirmed at the time of payment.
- Cancellations and Refunds

– No-shows are non-refundable.
– In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, government orders), a full refund or tour credit will be offered.
- Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
– Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance.
– Joven Travel is not liable for travel disruptions caused by missing or incorrect documentation.
- Itinerary Changes
– We reserve the right to make itinerary adjustments due to weather, supplier issues, or unexpected events.
– You will be notified in advance and given options for refund or alternatives where applicable.
- Conduct and Group Travel
– Tour participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior.
– Joven Travel reserves the right to remove any guest who poses a risk or disturbance to the group without refund.
- Health and Insurance
– Participants must confirm they are fit to travel.
– Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory.
– We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or lost belongings during the trip.
- Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, images, and branding on our website are the property of Joven Travel. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
– Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the trip.
– We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
– Local laws may apply differently in certain jurisdictions.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Disputes will be resolved through the courts of Los Angeles, California.
